RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Overview

At Bella Home Art, each artwork is carefully hand-painted and prepared with attention to detail.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our artworks, minor variations in colour, texture and brushwork are part of the unique character of each piece and do not constitute a fault.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery.
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit.
Conditions:
•    Artwork must be returned within 7 days of delivery
•    Artwork must be unused and in original condition
•    Artwork must be securely packed in original packaging
•    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
•    Returns must be approved prior to shipping
Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
Store credit is valid for 12 months and may be used on any available artwork.

Custom Artworks

Custom artworks are made specifically to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•    Your order number
•    Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund to the original payment method in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost in Transit

If an artwork is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect artwork, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
