New Zealand

Packaging

All artworks are professionally packed using protective materials to minimise risk during transit.

• Large artworks may be shipped via specialised couriers

Delivery & Responsibility

Couriers may request authority to leave at the delivery address.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please notify us prior to dispatch.
Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer unless damage or delivery issues are reported within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the packaging and artwork
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
